Absolutely! We’re all about good times for all ages. We’ve got colouring fun, high chairs, and a dedicated kids menu to keep the little ones happy.

The best thing to do is to contact the relevant delivery service (Deliveroo, Uber Eats or Just Eat) and explain what has happened. They should offer to process the order again free of charge. We understand this solution is inconvenient and time-intensive, so we can only apologise on their behalf. Alternatively, drop us an email (info@burgermeup.com) with a brief explanation and your order number, and we will ensure that they process a full refund 🙂
Unfortunately not. We can’t give up that streaky bacon!
We take allergy orders very seriously, but we operate busy kitchens and cross-contamination can happen. If you’ve got a food allergy or intolerance, give us a quick ring before you order – we’ll double check everything so you’re not taking any risks.
